- Hiring our machinery constitutes agreement to these Policies and our Terms & Conditions. Equipment is supplied on a “dry hire” basis unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for selecting a machine suitable for your job, safe operation, and compliance with all laws and site rules.

- Hire is available to individuals and businesses with valid ID. A High Risk Work licence is required where applicable. We may decline or cancel hires if safety, credit, or identification requirements are not met.

- Rates are quoted per day/shift/week unless specified. Prices exclude GST, delivery/pickup, fuel, cleaning, consumables, and damage charges. Full payment or approved account is required before release. Security deposits may be held and applied to outstanding charges.

- Return machines fuelled to the same level; refuelling charges apply if not. Machines must be returned clean; cleaning fees apply if excessive dirt/material remains. Consumables (e.g., oils, blades, teeth) are your cost unless stated otherwise.

- Operate per manufacturer instructions, load limits, and site safety rules. Do not allow unauthorised operators or modifications. Perform basic daily checks (fluids, leaks, tracks/tyres). Report issues immediately; do not continue using unsafe equipment.

- You are responsible for damage beyond fair wear and tear, including bent/broken parts, panel damage, glass, tracks/tyres, and neglect. Lost or stolen equipment must be reported to police and us immediately; you remain liable for replacement costs and ongoing hire until resolution.

- If a machine fails due to a defect not caused by misuse, stop using it and contact us immediately with details and photos/video. When a defect is confirmed, remedies may include onsite repair, swap to an equivalent machine (subject to availability), pro‑rata refund/credit for downtime, or cancellation with pro‑rata refund.

- If failure results from misuse, improper operation, overloading, unauthorised repairs, or ignoring instructions, you are liable for parts, labour (including diagnosis), call‑out/service fees, and associated transport. Hire charges continue until return or collection.

- Return by the agreed time. Unauthorised late returns incur additional hire charges. To extend, contact us before your end time; extensions are subject to availability and may change the rate.

- Customer cancellations before delivery/pickup may incur a cancellation fee. No‑shows or cancellations after dispatch may be charged delivery/pickup and at least one day’s hire. Weather cancellations are treated case‑by‑case; charges may apply if equipment was dispatched or reserved.

- Hire rates do not include insurance. You are responsible for insuring your worksite, liabilities, and, where appropriate, equipment under your care and control. Any damage waiver (if offered) has exclusions and limits and is not comprehensive insurance.

- Approved account holders must pay invoices by the due date stated. Overdue accounts may incur late fees and recovery costs. We may suspend further hires until accounts are settled.

- Provide competent operators, PPE, and a safe work environment. Follow site rules, traffic plans, and exclusion zones. Do not use equipment for illegal or unsafe activities. You are responsible for any permits and notifications required for your job.

- We collect contact details, job information, and transaction records to provide services, manage bookings, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. We store data securely and limit access. We may share information with service providers (e.g., payments, analytics) only as necessary. You may request access or correction of your data via email.

- Your ACL rights apply. For major failures you are entitled to a replacement or refund; for minor failures we will repair or replace within a reasonable time. These rights are in addition to our Policies.
