After we've agreed on the details, we'll arrange for the equipment to be delivered to your project site. When your rental period is complete, we'll coordinate the equipment's pick-up. In the event that the rented equipment experiences a breakdown or requires maintenance during your rental period, please contact our support team immediately. We have a dedicated service team ready to assist you. Depending on the issue and its cause, we'll arrange for repairs or replacement as needed. The repair and maintenance costs for equipment issues that are not a result of misuse or neglect will typically be covered by our business. Yes, you have the option to extend the rental period if your construction project takes longer than initially planned. To do so, please contact our team as soon as you anticipate the need for an extension. We will work with you to arrange the necessary documentation and adjust the rental terms accordingly. Keep in mind that equipment availability may vary, so it's a good practice to notify us as soon as possible to ensure the continued availability of the equipment you need. We understand that construction schedules can change, and we're here to support your project's evolving needs.

 Stop using the machine and contact us immediately with your Order Number, machine details, and a brief description (photos/video help). If we confirm a defect not caused by misuse, we will:

• Repair on site or swap the machine (subject to availability), or
• Provide a pro‑rata refund or credit for the downtime, or
• Cancel the remaining hire with a pro‑rata refund.

Refunds go to the original payment method; credits can be used on future hires. Call‑out, delivery, and pickup fees are generally non‑refundable unless the defect is confirmed at the start of hire and no usage occurred.

This policy works alongside your rights under Australian Consumer Law: major failures may entitle you to a replacement or refund; minor failures will be repaired or replaced within a reasonable time.

If the fault is due to misuse, improper operation, overloading, lack of maintenance, unauthorised repairs/modifications, or not following instructions, you are responsible for the costs. Here’s what happens:

• Stop using the machine and contact us immediately with your Order Number and a brief description (photos/video help).
• We’ll assess the issue. If confirmed customer‑caused, you will be charged for:
• Repair parts and labour (including diagnostic time), and
• Call‑out/service fees, and
• Transport/pickup/delivery associated with the repair or swap.
• Hire charges continue until the machine is returned or we can collect it, unless you arrange an approved replacement at your cost.

Important notes:

• Operating a machine you suspect is unsafe may worsen damage and increase costs.
• Consumables (fuel, oils, blades, teeth) and wear from normal use are not considered defects.
• If you require a replacement, we can provide one subject to availability. Standard hire rates and transport fees apply.
